HI
They asked me for everyting when i told them i was only receiving SOcial Security payments and told me that they looked at my claim and would not change their mind any further. I received a lett er from my solicitor telling me that they now, through their solicitors above the debt collectors want to proceed with legal proceedings immediately, cant wait to hear what my solicitor says. Will do as advised and take it to the CCCS then FO.

If they tried to take you to court then you will have a simple thing to do. Counterclaim for bank charges and ask for a stay until the final hearing over the OFT test case is know. Two can play the game, righ?0
