I have business current account with over £10K in one of the big banks in the country, their interest is very low 0.1%. I want to move the money to a savings account at another bank with good interest. Is it possible to do that?since its the tax , and NI waiting to be paid for next year April.

There is nothing to stop you doing that; in fact it makes good sense. However you must be careful to keep accurate records of transfers into and out of the account, and never get it mixed up with your personal savings.
