Hi
Thought seeing as losing my job and getting less income might try requesting CCA I know it's on here somewhere but if someone has a draft that's worked for them I'd be really grateful!
Also anyone who has been successful I'd love to know who against!
Also can you try this for Overdrafts?
Thanks
Pip

Hi pip
You can do a CCA request for a credit card or a loan, but not an overdraft. With an overdraft, when you first got it you should have been sent a letter stating the limit, APR and charges - you can send a subject access request (cost £10) and you should get everything that the bank holds on you. Including a copy of the credit agreement. If you haven't reclaimed bank charges or credit card charges you should also receive details of all transactions for the last 6 years (as long as you don't specify an account number, they should provide the details for all your accounts).
