Littlewoods are useless...

I purchased a laptop from Littlewoods. The latpop was £829, however I got it over 100 weeks and therefore the total price came to around £1000. I also got the laptop on buy now pay August 2009.
I've had the laptop a month and decided I wanted to pay for the laptop over 20 or 52 weeks and not pay the interest, so I phoned them and asked and they said sure. The person removed the laptop charge of £1000 and replaced it with £650 (when it should have been £829).
I phoned them up today and the staff were all confused. They had no idea what had happened and just said 'Someones made a mistake and put the laptop as £650 instead of £829.
The lady said she's going to email XXXX department and get them to look at this problem and ammend the prices. She also said 'I'm taking you account number down and going to personally check up on your account to make sure the price has been changed' (Snotty so and so).
Also, the laptop keyboard broke, so littlewoods said they'd ammend the account with £10 and I have to get it fixed myself... they ammended my account with £10.... but a few days later... took £10 off the account for 'Price Correction'.
Cheeky gits and useless company... I might just take the money from my savings and pay the laptop off and learn from my mistakes.
NEVER USE LITTLEWOODS!

Are you trying to tell us or yourself?
If you have the money yourself why the hell are you using littlewoods . . . . .
The £10 is so you can pay to get the keyboard fixed, but i think if they have taken it back off you then you need to ring them up again as they have made a mistake.
Its not a big deal to be honest and i find this a bit OTT, people to make mistakes, even you may do, but they have tried to sort it0 -

You didn't say, but if the laptop is still under warranty shouldn't it be Littlewoods' responsibility to fix it, give you a refund or send you another laptop? I don't know how they have come to the figure of £10 to cover the cost of repair, I'm no expert but I should imagine the labour charge for fixing a keyboard would be more than that, never mind the parts.0
