Just put them in a baking tin and pop them in. for about 30 minutes at 180.C.
You could make Yorkshire pudding mix and turn them into toad in the hole£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

do they need oil? will a good spray of fry light do?Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0

Shouldnt need oil but if a little squirt of frylight can stop them sticking if they are good quality high meat content or low fat, i actually prefer them in the oven.Pawpurrs x0

I put them in a dish with a tiny bit of oil and they're fine.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

If I want toad in the hole I add lard otherwise it just depends on my mood.
I end to let them seal and then give them a shake about in the tin and that's it.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

i normally put water in bottom of roasting tin then add sausages and brush/spray little oil on top keeps them nice and juicy, and if you add veg (onions, carrot, celery leek, etc) to the tray you get some nice braised veg and stock to make a whole dish with, just thicken stock up and serve with mash!!!!£5000 debt cleared thanks to MSE advice :money:0

afterglow that reminds me of my bonfire sausages.
I slice onions into rings, place in a casserole dish with the sausages on top, cover and cook slowly in the oven. Take the lid off towards the end of cooking to brown the sausages.Serve in crusty rolls.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

I !!!!! them with a fork or knife (both side) then put on a tray. Might just be me and my weird cooking but I find the natural fat from the sausages (when cooking) stops them from sticking (and splitting).
edit: it won't let me say what I do with a fork he he he, just says '!!!!!'. Ok i'll stop being immature now... I mean pierce the sausage with a fork or knife.0 -
