I would go to your local sorting office and ask what you are doing wrong and ask for compensation as you could have missed out on winning a prize

However, address looks legit (postcode is actually HP19 8RR), and appears to be a promotions company (lots of previous comps for well known names).

I put from, but also write mine diagonally but not set out like an address, so it just looks like normal writing:-

FROM
Ms C Chicken, 99 Chicken Street, Chicken Town,
North Chickenshire, CC99 9CC

Don't know if that might work?

Thanks peeps, I did todays postals a bit different, I put my address diagonal & put my county after the postcode as apparantly the sorting maching wont recognise it this way. Fingers crossed!
