Oh dear - have tackled all the other 'big' ones but just keep getting totally confused with the phone. Am at present on Telewest which I'm aware is not good. Assume best bet is to go back to BT but on what package and with what second provider? We don't dial abroad, most calls are during working hours and a fair number non geographic. Some evening and weekend calls. Also we call to mobiles (average traffic). Feel really confused with this as there seem to be so many options. Would really appreciate any suggestions... :santa2:

I think we're going to get a 'phone switch (business as well as home) so we'll program in the LCR to the switch. Thanks again0
