SwissCard (Twin Pack) - From Boffer
Comments

I've litterally binned mine - they were dangerous to the point of disbelief - I flexed the case slightly and the knife fell out

I ordered 3 twin packs and like many I was planning to give them as presents. I raised a ticket with Boffer and this is my reply:
Thank you for your message. We agree that they are not the same item as was advertised. Due to a misunderstanding between one of our sales team and a member of staff responsible for uploading the pictures to Boffer the wrong image was used. We will refund your order in full and you can keep the items you have received free of charge. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Very happy with this response, FiFi :TIf you find any post helpful, please click the thanks button! :T

My ticket has gone in. My first boffer too.
The mark of a good company is how they deal with complaints. So if they deal with this properly, then it wont stop me ordering from them in furture. Mistakes happen.
I have an origninal Swiss Card and the quality is easy to see. Plus, the Swiss Card will take certain abuse and will last - I would not have the same confidence in these "Multi-Function Card" copies0 -
I too have requested a refund. Even if I they allow me to keep the cards, there is no-one I would give them to. I guess the charity shop can have them!
Edited to add:
Very quick response from boffer, which is an impressive way to deal with a screw-up.0 -
Refunded requested here too. What cheap rubbish! I'm really disappointed in them.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Thanks to all the girls in the Cross Stitch Cafe! You're all fantastic! :A0 -
Gutted when these arrived, intended as stocking fillers, should put them in the bag of crap as they are.
I have submitted a refund ticket, if they tell me to keep them I don't know what to do with them, I can't give them to a charity shop, they are such poor quality.
Have bought boffer deals in the past and they have been excellent, so lets hope this was just a hiccup.
