Just had a reply to my support ticket from "Luke" - he says a full refund has been issued and will be in my account within 48hrs.

As a P.S he said I was free to keep the goods received. Generous!

I sell a better one than this at 2 for a euro at Tivoli World Market at Benalmadena Costa Del Sol every sunday (but not 23rd as i will be in the uk)........mine fits in a hard plastic case that includes a torch,compass,magnifying glass as well......fits on a keyring,....this was made as a promotional item for the blockbuster movie The Day After Tommorow.............So There!!..............

I've also received the same reply. I've never used Boffer before, but I'm quite impressed with the swiftness of their action and the fact we get to keep the cards for free.

aww crap. i bought 2 packs for use as xmas presents (and to replace my old one which has lost several parts since i got it all them years ago)

mine havent arrived yet, but i'm guessing ill be asking for a refund as soon as they do
