Laptop Battery Needed

Hi folks

Wonder if any of you can offer some advice, I'm thinking of getting a replacement battery for a Dell Inspiron 1000 laptop. Any ideas where the cheapest ones would be available from?

You'll find a few HERE (£68.15 is the cheapest). Maybe have a look to see if there are any discount codes on the discount vouchers board, and see if you can combine it with any of these offerings.

The only other one I saw was the one mentioned above by Rex Mundi at £68.15.

There is one on Ebay, Buy It Now, would be around £61 with postage etc.

Someone I know has a spare battery for a Inspiron 5000e; do you know whether these are compatible or not?

Doesn't seem to be going by what it says in this webpage but you could check the numbers with your laptop and see.
