done this and on my statement it says ive spend 33.95, but when i go and track the ordser it comes up as 63.95, confused??

I've just checked my bank account and I've been charged £63.95 for my order, so I've logged into my additions account to check and it states

Thats correct, you get chargerd full price then the £30 is applied against your account as a discount.

my 3 items ordered are all out of stock and awaiting stock for early december.
been charged the full 50 quid, even though at time of ordering it said amount to be charged was20 quid.

do you think its worth a call to them??
