If there are charges on the account then you definately do not agree with their figures.

As it has now gone "legal", this is outside my area of knowledge. I think it may be a good idea to post a thread on the consumeractiongroup forum. They are very clued up on the legalities and will be able to tell you what to expect and what to do. There's nothing to lose from getting as much input as possible.

Give a brief description of the history, what you have done and who you have talked to, and what they would recommend doing. I suspect the CCA's have all the prescribed terms in them, but if there are charges they may suggest claiming these back or what to put in any future defence. Probably the same for the overdrafts, but not sure if it is worth sending the SAR to see if they had sent you a letter - you can tell them you don't think you ever received one and see what they say. It sometimes takes a while on that board to get a response but they are very good - just make sure your heading is descriptive of the situation so more people may be able to comment.
