Santander rights issue

Hi ,
Santander are having a rights issue justr wonting to know if you were all awere of it and how many of you will be taking it up. Now that thay own abby and A&L i bet there are a lot of shear holders in the UK.
Anyway i dont think i will be taking it up. but i do have the opshion of selly my rights. But iv never doone this before. Have any of you.
If i do this then i will need to now how much my broker will charge,
i deal online with the motley fool shear dealing service.
any of you use this?
I have always got on well with it.
Anyway let me know what you all think.
