hi lollyred
didnt want to just read and run, i hope you can manage to keep yourself calm.
Maybe a post on the debt free wannabe forum would help allay your fears, as i am sure others on there have had dealings with interim. Could you perhaps try and write to them, offering a token payment, as like you say, you are on benefits. But, def post on the DFW for more specific advice!0 -
If you owe ebay fees, that means you must have sold something, did you not put the fees money to one side from your earnings?
Like jetcat has said try to write to them and usggest a solution.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100/100miles

Sell something else of value to pay all the fees?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

You can't - they will shut your account until you have paid your fees...
£44 of fees is a lot, you must have sold a fair amount of things to get that amount of charges. You can write to Interim (who btw are known for being very naughty and frankly bullies) and suggest a payment plan - but your best bet is to start by going on the DFW forum for help from people who have dealt with IJ themselves

Instead of waiting for Ebay to reply send them a payment of whatever you can afford. I used to sell loads on Ebay and had a similar problem, I paid Ebay directly (using Paypal) and once my account was clear of outstanding fees it was all sorted and my account was unfrozen and I've been selling on it ever since. Worst thing you can do is ignore it, any payment is better than nothing.
I've heard Intrum are a pain in the a**e, I'd tell them that you are paying Ebay directly and once it's all paid off they should stop hassling you. HTH.I won't buy it if I can make or borrow it instead

you can by law ask IJ to contact you only by letter0

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to the DFW board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.Signature removed for peace of mind0
