I love to do my momlette in mine, and turn itover onto a plate, it just drops out and stands dome shaped on the plate! Yummy.

Yorky puds are good in there too for one or two people.
Enough batter mix left over to make a couple of pancakes

  • Sandwich tin seems to be the most common name for them - thanks for all the replies. These ones at John Lewis are almost exactly like the ones that I had at the old flat, so I will check Tesco, Woolworths and the like for cheaper versions!

I know Wilkos are online but postage is £5! :( I have tried to find a free delivery code but without success (unless you spend over £40) Pity as I need a few plastic plant pots too (to grow herbs in) but the £4.95 postage on them and a couple of sandwich tins would double the price of my order!
