What is this piece of cookware called?

Does anyone know what these are called (so I can search online or ask in a shop), I had a couple in the last rented flat and they were so useful. Made of metal with a non-stick coating and about 20cm/25cm in diameter. As I often cook just for myself they are ideal for a single piece of chicken, a steak, fish fillet, etc to put in the oven to finish off after browning on the hob. I also used them for roasting my nuts - honey roasted cashews and hazelnuts made by putting the nuts on the tray, adding a tiny bit of groundnut oil, some salt and a thin drizzle of honey and then grilling until brown (watch carefully or they burn!). Delicious served hot with a cold beer or a glass of white wine.

Thanks!

I thought they looked like Sponge tins. I have a few of them too as as you say they are the perfect size for cooking a single piece of meat and not as hard to wash as bigger oven trays~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yes those ones on the Wilko link look about right (don't have a Wilko's near me though) - as you say they are so quick and easy to wash up compared to a bigger tray.
They are about 20/25cm in diameter so I will look for round sandwich or flan tins, thanks!

If you managed to get one in enamel then you would be able to cook in it on the hob and then pop it into the oven afterwards - save washing two items! Many of the ordinary metal sandwich or flan dishes are only suitable for the oven.0

I've got these.
I know they look expensive but they do have a lifetime guarantee and they look good on the table too.
They do a whole range of cooks essentails pots and pans which are all super, I've got loads of them.
You can use in the oven or on top, and I bung mine under the grill to melt the cheese when we have cheesy mash.

I have one of these that came out of MIL's house - it just fits/hangs in the top of my Remoska, so it becomes a very shallow pan and I can cook certain things really quickly."Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0
