I received a letter this morning showing the amount I had deposited plus the interest I will earn on maturity.

Very efficient I thought.

When did you send in the application ?

This organisation seems on the ball. I logged onto their website the day after the account closed and there was a full explanation of what happens next and the various timescales .

They were also pretty on the ball about debiting my bank account !

Me too, make it all so simple and efficient, why do the big banks have to be so complicated?

I handed in my application last Saturday and my bank account was debited on Wednesday. Knowing how many applications they had in a short time scale I am very impressed.

I received confirmation this morning of the fixed deposit start and maturity dates and all the other information as promised on their website.

These people really know how to conduct business.

Same here, first time I have ever been told the maturity rate at the start of the term. They appear really efficient, shame their rates have dropped! Worth keeping an eye on for the future though.
