Hmm. Look here:

Title: "Daily Sterling interbank lending rate, 1 week, mean LIBID/LIBOR".

Plenty of other options too. Why do you believe these aren't the correct LIBOR rates when it says LIBOR and LIBID right on the page? It's not historical either, it goes right up to 14/11/08.
You can also freely access the BBA's LIBOR data in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, if required - http://www.bba.org.uk/content/1/c4/24/81/todayreporates.xls

Ah, nice. The BOE site does that too - when you select your options it asks for a date range and a format. It will generate HTML, CSV, XLS and XML output for you, right off the site. I'm fairly impressed by how thorough they've been with that.
Mmmm, credit crunch. Tasty.

Dan29 - many thanks. That's the one. I'll now save it so I don't have to go hunting again. There's a note on the right hand side of the table showing when it was last updated.

The Libor rate does not come from the BOE but from BBA .
Go to their website if you still refuse to believe that this is COPYRIGHT material to which there is no public access (other than historical rates)

OK you can watch Sky without paying a subscription. Good for you..but that does not make it legal and you could be committing an unlawful act by breaching the laws of COPYRIGHT .
See below copied from the BBA website : Note A FEE BASED SERVICE

There is a fee-based service for downloading daily BBA LIBOR rates. For more information please contact libor@bba.org.uk.

Thanks. Will get a clear answer from the BBA shortly . In the meanwhile some relevant points copied and pasted from the above mentiomed link.

1. You are liable, however, for all charges incurred in accessing and using the Service
2.By accessing and using the Service you confirm that you are eligible to use the Service.

*gives Benefit of Doubt*
You excessively snipped, I assume you are quoting:
"1.1 The Service is free and we will not charge you any monthly or annual service fees for the use of the Service. You are liable, however, for all charges incurred in accessing and using the Service and where relevant for paying the telephone charges at the rate publicised by the operator with whom you make your local calls."

I think that is clear. The information is published on the website, they are saying 'you have to pay for the costs to access from your end'. There is no way someone could be prosecuted for copyright infringement for viewing that information, the same way I couldn't publish a publicly-accessible webpage, and state on it that one must pay me £1 every time one views it.

You all owe me £1.

And you. Yes, you. The one behind the monitor reading this post, right now. You owe me £1 too. I accept Paypal, Visa and Western Union.
