Porceline Floor Tiling Quote

Hi,
Need some help verifying our tiling quote is fair for our Kitchen/utility room floor.
We have been quoted: £600 for labour for the tiling and £200 to lay the self leveling latex plus strengthen the floorboards in the utility room. The material is extra as we have a fair amount of adhesive etc from other works.
The two areas combined work out to be 23sqm and are pretty much square/rectangle.
Thanks in advance.

600 for the tiling is fine. Works out to £26 a square metre which is average.
The £200 seems a bit too much. Approach them with a final figure of £700 + materials.0 -
a_star thanks for your reply... they have started the work so I'm ok now paying this figure. In the end I want a professional job and I believe this guy will do it. We have used him before and his work is always spot on.
Thanks again.0
