Really fed up with Moorcroft now..
Have just had a doorstep colllector at my door from Moorcroft....this is even though I have repeatedly told them I am in an IVA which was accepted on 8th September......she was nice enough showed her paperwork for IVA and explained I was intending to photo-copy it and send to Moorcroft anyway....[ see my post IVA and Moorcroft ].
The last thing Moorcroft told me this week was that the account would be put on hold for 2 more wks.

Moorcroft have breached your IVA, your supervisor should hit them hard. Moorcroft have breached a court files IVA, maybe a word with Office of Fair Trading under the Consumer Credit act is needed. Filing a complaint with them would be step forward and then try to prise a bit of compensation out of them for distress and upset.
