The 20% spectacular is also in M & S Outlet stores so if you have one near you I'd say its definitely worth a look! I checked the participating stores on the M & S website and the local Outlet store came up as well, bonus!:j

I'm still waiting on an order from the last reductions two weeks ago, then 2 hours before they despatched it last night they emailed to tell me something was out of stock. I emailed to say I wasn't happy it took them so long to tell me about the missing item so they refunded the delivery charge which had kicked in as it was under 30 quid - glad I complained.

This time I am going to the Outlet store and not ordering online, takes weeks to get your order anyway.

Its the same at most stores like M & S and Boots who do 3 for 2 at Xmas, you always get the cheapest free, you can't rely on the order they go through at checkout. People would buy two really cheap things and one expensive thing and expect to get the expensive thing free - they wouldn't make any money doing it that way. Makes sense giving the cheapest thing free!

But if you read their 3 for 2 info it clearly states every 3rd, 6th, 9 th item free not the cheapest as with other stores

well i am a very happy girl total before discount £97.50 - 342 and 20% = £58 free p&p and 5% back from quidco as well.

and it took 20% off whole order before taking off 342 so i got 20% off my free item :j and my free item wasn't the cheapest:j my cheapest was 3.50 but it took £15 off:j :j :j which was my second cheapest but it was the last one i added to my basket. It doesn't make sense as it shouldn't matter what order you put them in the cheapest should always be free. not complaining.

how do i use my M&S staff discount online ???..., if anybody can help i would appreciate it greatly !!!

You should have been sent a code you can put in online for staff discount, do that once & after that it always comes up

Every staff member is given a code which they lock into their account.
