lloyds tsb duo statement - no november one?

ok maybe i am reading it wrong, however my lloyds statement is alway on 13th of the month, so i have signed on to my online account this morning to double check i know how much it will be (i pay each month in full) as ive got my payslip from work so working out my outgoing/incomings for the month (just wanted to check as i made a couple payments on 12th november and want to see if they have been included or wether they will be on next months bill)

however there is no november statement listed, the items that should be on the bill for 13th november are listed as
"Transactions Since Your Last Statement " (both the ones i made on the 12th of the month and ones from the 30th october and 1st november etc)

so i thought maybe they havent produced the statement yet however, when i look at it again it states "Next statement due 13 Dec 2008 "

when i click on veiw previous statement as i wanted to see if novembers was on there, and states nothing is available??

has anyone else come across this on lloyds at all, is it just that they are behind and will have to wait until the paper statement arrives or would they really miss a statement and lump it all on next months one (not that i mind if thats the case as it leave the money in my account a while longer) but at the same time i dont want to risk a non payment on my credit file

  • Don't take any chances. You must call them up and speak to them direct about it. Your credit file is much too important to leave anything to chance. Also make sure you make a note of the day and time and name of person you spoke to and what they said etc.

My November is gone too for some reason. It was there few days ago. Perhaps it's a glitch. My next statement is Dec 14.
    Can't see Oct one either.

Mine goes out in full via DD, and it went promptly on the 10th Nov.

There is a statement at the Online Banking, where if your paper statement is on the process of being produced you may not have access to previous months' data? Do you think this might be the problem? (i.e. have to wait a few more days)

This occurs each and every month with Lloyds whilst the current statement is being processed/issued. The online system usually falls out of sync for a couple of days so I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.

Have just checked mine which is due today and it says next statement date 15th Dec.

Not sure which number you're calling but if you want a non-national number then use 01702 278272
