Stepping outside all the Christmas area back into the main store was weird, it was like being in a lovely Christmassy 'bubble' but back in the main glare of the lights, sensibility kicked back in thankfully!!

I keep meaning to have a go at growing potatoes. You just need some compost and a bin to get going.

This was like a mini compost container, with little swinging doors at the bottom to take your freshly grown tatties out-was dead cute...but Im sure you could do the same thing with any container.

I almost bought a load of candles as well-I love them...

I almost bought a candle as well in Haskins - it was a Christmas one in a tin with orange and some other kinds of smells and was lovely. However, when I stepped out of the luvveryliness of 'Christmas land' i suddenly remembered that 7.99 for a candle was a lot of money so I put it back!!

It was a close run thing though........very close........

My DS works at a massive Wyvale, the Xmas tut drives him mad!

Bunny, 100litre bag of cheap compost, take out half, plant spuds (ones that have sprouted from being in the cupboard too long ) then top up with compost as the green bits get higher....got two lots per bag this year. then use compost on other bits of the garden. Cheap cheap.;)
