Problem with Fujifinepix A205s/CP-FXA10 Cradle

Have both connected to my computer and software installed. However the camera is supposed to download pictures immediately its in its cradle and switched on. Does'nt happen. Can anyone help ?

Did you turn the camera on...
And when istalling camera software etc.. dont connect usb lead unless asked.0
