Hey guys,
Fist post, be nice.
Just to let you know if you donate your old Marks and Spencers clothes to Oxfam, then you get £5 voucher, which is perfect for christmas cards. I have saved around £10.
cheers, let me know if anyone has a go.

Can you tell me how you actually get this please.
This "offer" has been around for ages now - but whenever I take a load of clothes in to the Oxfam shop I am just told "oh put them through there"....into the back room, whilst staff carry on with whatever they are doing.
Do I have to stand there waving my M&S bits and ask for the voucher.....or what ??
thanks0 -
Probably, yes0
-
how many items have to be from M&S to qualify for the voucher?0
-
I thought the voucher was something like £5 off a £30 spend so not so good0

'Bring the M&S clothes you no longer wear to any of Oxfam’s 700+ high street shops in the UK and 40 shops in Ireland, and you’ll get a voucher giving you £5 (or €7 in Ireland) off when you spend £35 (or €50) or more on clothing, homeware or beauty products in M&S.'0 -
I've tried to bring mine in & they told me they had to much & to take them to another charity.0

Hi all,
I've done this a couple of times - I took a large carrier bag (a bit bigger than a Tesco one) full of clothes, with the Marks & Spencer item/s on the top, with the label showing.
When I went in the shop I showed the assistant the M&S label and asked if the offer was still on, and she ripped out a voucher from a booklet.
Be warned though, that you have to spend the £5 voucher (when you spend £35!) before the end of that month, so it's worth going in early in the month and then you have more time to think about how you want to spend it.
