  • Thanks again Di!

I have basically been talking to you on behalf of a friend that doesn't have internet access & I find it easier just talking as if the problem is mine. i hope you don't mind.

Now for me though! On February 28th 2006 I declared myself Bankrupt. I had 6 credit cards, I believe that I was being charged for PPI on all of them. Will the fact that I am now bankrupt prevent me from claiming these charges back?

The puppetmasters create "disorder" so the people will demand "order"

That is no problem hun and its very good of you to be helping out your mate.;) :T .

Now regarding yourself it may still be okay as I am sure I did read that someone else had gone for this, unless I find out otherwise I shall let you know.
Afterall it was still your money and if mis sold to you then you were ripped off and these companies should not be allowed to get away with it, maybe if we were not ripped off in the first place then it may not have come as far as bankruptcy for some, as I know PPI that have been automatically added in with the loans are very costly compared to stand alone covers.

I would still give it a go hun, it should do no harm, and I will see if I can find anything out tomorrow about this.;)
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D
