Yes, when you click download you get a selection of sites to download from (the TuCows selection then lets you select various servers in different countries..). Wouldn't worry, the program is less than 1mb.
When you've installed it (double-click the .exe and it'll do all the work for you), the option you want is Image, Enhance 'colors'..0
