How can the screen size be bigger than the tv..am i missing something, all i want to know how big the actual tv itself is not the screen as such..is that the 81cm bit?

Visible screen size is the diagonal distance that can be viewed, not the TV size0

the 81cm will be the size of the screen diagonally and the 80.2cm will be the the measurement straight across from left to right or right the left if you prefer. it will be to the very edge of the tv as well and not just to the edge of the screen like the diagonal measurement is.0
