ulster bank problems

i opened a visa account on the 26 of april and did a balance transfer i paid it back in full it reached my account 23 of october i thought it would be within the free 0% for 6 months i got a bill 2day for 9.68 intrest i phoned them they said it goes by my statment date and intrest was charged from the 13th of october i made a payment via my online banking to this credit card for 9.68 and to cover any intrest on this i also made another payment for £3 so my account will be in credit £3 will this work so i can avoid any more intrest

  • Its been six months so you are no longer with the 0% deal.

    Also remember that the 6 months 0% starts when you have been accepted for the card and account has been created - not when you activiate you card!

    The only thing to do is simply apply for another card and transfer any balances over asap.
