18866 increase in costs

Hmmm, I have just been on to 18866 to have a look at my calls and was surprised to find the connection fee has been four pence since November, they did not tell me of this, are we supposed to keep looking! Is there a cheaper alternative than 18866 now? regards oap

Actually, they did send an email out on the day before the increase took place. Maybe you didn't receive it.

It seems not all of us were told, and from one penny connection when I started to four pence is going it a bit, so will read Martins thread on it, thanks for letting me have this. Cheers, oap
