how much would you say property in the midlands has gone down since march ?

Any estate agents around ? what percent would you say house prices have gone down since march this year ? i live in the midlands and am just putting some figures together as to what i think a house is now worth that i have had my eye on 
the price has not budged on it since last xmas. Any help as always is greatful!
