Hi
having booked a flight with lastminute i now can't go
i have changed the date once and tried to change again only to be told that i have to use it by december 9th which i was not told when i booked it neither is it anywhere in the small print
it will cost 90 pound to cancel and take 3 months min to get a refund
dont suppose anyone has any ideas of what i can do is it legal to just put like a use by date on a flight and not tell the buyer
apparently the are not dates available and cannot not upgrade either
thanks for the help if someone can

I hate this company, for this kind of reason.
Contact your card issuer and ask them to dispute the charge.0 -
Why ? Last minute allowed 1 date change already, now worriedphoebe wants to change again.Voyager2002 wrote: »I hate this company, for this kind of reason.

It seems to me, its Last Minute who are getting messed around here.0 -
Unless i'm confused, surely this is completely logical?
All airlines go into high season around 10th December, and many tickets don't allow you to change seasons when you change dates?
And surely it's the airlines rules, Last minute don't own an airline afaik?
Disputing it on your card is highly illogical and would get you no-where, in my opinion.0 -
i'm not disputing the charge
having not been on a holiday for 8 years i am not used to booking flights
i was curious to know why the is a use by date on a flight purchased 3 months ago and due to continuing personal problems here having wanted to change it by another month which i would prefer then lose it all together
i dont mind paying extra but just would like to be able to go later on when the problems are no longer problems :A
i was just wondering whether they are supposed to tell you this in advance or am i just out of the link of everyone knowing that they have a use by date or something in that case hit me over the head with a salmon you learn something new everyday
