Welcome, charlie, glad you've joined us and any help you need all you have to do is ask and someone will come along. It's very quiet here this morning, where is everyone? Enjoying the sunshine, I hope!

CGC & Kim - Love your cards!

Padster - I agree, that would make a good boys background - I've got a jelly beans pic I'm keeping for the same reason but it's not as bright (or topical) as the go gos. Don't worry about your daughter - like Rusty, I'm sure equilibrium will return quickly once she's back!

Rusty - Thanks for the explanation & picture - guess I'll go & look what Twilight books are all about......

Craftgranny - Happy 29th Anniversary hope you're feeling better today.

Melissa - Perhaps you need some go go's in your house to get you going! (or have you gone)?

    Charleypink - Welcome!

Sorry Marg, I should have said the books are about vampires!!! ... very strange and not my kind of books at all but I am addicted!!! :D

Morning ladies, no sign of Mel? I am hoping she is having/had her baby by now though? Hope you are ok Mel xxx

I am desperately after a couple sheets of paper but I am not sure where to start looking, it is called scarf stripe and has been used on this Also can anyone suggest some christmar chipboard like they have also used in the above link? OH likes the look of the advent calendar so I want to try and have a little go at one and see if I am capable, it may be the kick I need to get my mojo back and working!!

Also where is the best place to buy jumbo brads?? I don't want a lot but I have some of the large flowers from calico crafts and I only have mini brads (which really are small!)

Another thing... I know most of you have a eyelet setters/cropodiles ... can anyone recommend something which is cheap but would do the job?

I have to make 3 cards today - a good luck, a get well and a wedding one but am just not in the mood. I'd rather do housewrok - and that's saying something!

Do you have nestie circles? Have you tried using a small one as a backing for the little brad to make it look bigger a bit like a washer?
Sorry I have a cropodile so can't help about the eyelet setting - there are some you can get that you use a mat and a hammer but have no idea how easy they are to use.

Off to have a look for that paper

    How about this?
    this this or this

Actually go here and look in the bargain basement - they've loads of similar stripeys.
Fantastic service and P&P isn't too bad at £2.25 up to £10 spend.

Disclaimer: I take no responsibility for shopping elves recklessly visiting you and filling baskets - and Rainmac made me spend here last week LOL!
