    Yep will lower the tone!

Made my ATC this afternoon and enjoyed my altered container so much am half way through another one :D.

Am gonna be cheeky now - if anyone has a set of either vintage or basic Whispers markers sitting unloved in a corner that need a new home can they give me a shout please? Cash waiting :D

Can i just say a big thank you to jennie aka the wife for the beautiful card and goodies that the postie brought kaitlyn this morning. Piccy's on her blog in the morning it's not quite finished yet. You are the talk of the nursery. She told lucy her teacher that you are a lady who makes cards on grandmas internet and you wear lots of red and purple hats with big feathers on. lol I can just imagine you now .
big hugs to mumhug and hope you feel better soon. Glad your little one is feeling better.
rusty think you need to put your bank card in the freezer cool it down a bit now lol.

I have just been to our local comp to watch the end of term concert, it was really good the youngsters have worked really hard. It was a combination of School Swing Band, Choir, and several individual groups ie recorder, flute, cello.
We really went to see my best friends daughter (15) sing, she sang Eva Cassidy's version of the Cindy Lauper song Time after Time, she was absoloutely brilliant!! About 2months ago she started having singing lessons with her music teacher and the difference in her voice is incredible. We had a lovely night. :)

Challenge here is Christmas; CCC is ribbons - and that's about as many as I can keep track of!

Hi everyone. Hope you don't mind me slinking in - not really a cardmaker, my eldest and my friend are trying to tempt me but I really struggle with cards. I'm more a scrapbooker and alterer.

All of you with bloggy blogs - thought I'd let you know, it's well worth doing those blinkie things in your sidebar as my blog was picked by the lovely peeps at Hero Arts this week to get some goodies because I had their blinkie on my blog :D Don't know what I'm getting but any free stash is more than welcome in my house!:T:rolleyes:
:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin

Saveapenny - sorry to hear you've been ill again; you must be really fed up with it by now. I've finished my August challenge card for CP, will get it in the post today. :)

I've just had to collect friend's son from school as she has swine flu. Would it be cruel if I made her a get well card with pigs on it? :rotfl:
