Saveapenny glad you had a good holiday.
I also have problems with blogs opening mutiple windows all of their own accord although I have found that if I leave it to finish opening them I can then close them without any problem although if I try to close them while it is still opening them it seems to open more. I also use ineternet explorer.
I want to buy some pens for colouring images I remember reading about promarkers v whisper pens but can't remember which were suppose to be the best? Also where's the best place to buy themfrom?0 -
I have questions for my fellow cuttlebugglers......
Is it normal for the plastic plates to warp as you use them? Admittedly, mine has taken a bit of a hammering the last couple of days. My boy is obsessed (I think buying that cuttlekids might have been the best idea I've had for a while - just a shame we have to wait for his birthday in September.
Also, I was shocked by how small the dies were 0 i bought the flowers ones and the biggest is only about and inch or so across. I was going to buy the circles dies but am now having second thoughts. Does anyone have the funky circle frames die? What size is the middle circel on that one?0 -
I'll catch up on the posts in a minute - have you all heard the news that Michael Jackson's dead?0

Mumhug -sorry to hear about your father-in-law.
Rusty the stamps that I'm after are by Alota. There's only a few shops in the UK that sell them. This seems to be the cheapest:

postage is a bit steep at 2.45, but they're quite a bit cheaper there. I think I'm going to order them from their official site in America though, as they are really cheap there if you buy them unmounted and its saying that their international postage is 7$.
Chocolate.orange - sorry about your Asda experience. Did you eat any cake??
Rainmac - lovely card on your blog, and your images are great - I couldn't get to grips with watercolouring with the whispers.
Flourgirl - fab wallet card, the image is really cute.
Myzdamena - thanks for the info.
Saveapenny - welcome back - we missed you!
Kim-Possible - great fathers day card - the picture looks great with those papers.
Dragonflew - I prefer promarkers - but they are very expensive and addictive. Once you buy some you have to buy more and more. I put some pics on my blog a while ago of images that I'd coloured with whispers pens and promarkers comparing the effects.
Dawnteabag - your scrapbook pages are fantastic - your Gran will love them - well done on getting it finished. I'm the same re Michael - a bit of a strange character but I loved a lot of his music, as a teenager I was always listening to his "bad" album.0 -
aw thanks Melissa - just had a crisis of confidence. Was thinking that I should have done them all from the same collection of papers to make it a more co-ordinated album. But the pics were so different that ~I'm not sure that would have worked. Think I'm just too tired to let go of it now.
I really wanted to keep that butterflies page for myself. Thankfully I do have another sheet of the background paper - will deffo use it again.0 -
Dawnteabag - your scrapbook looks fabulous. Well done on completing it so quickly!
I'll catch up on everyones' cards tomorrow.
Facebook seems to have frozen now - I think it's all the Michael Jackson talk. No-one's talking about Farrah Fawcett though; poor thing, her passing will be completely overshadowed by Wacko Jacko.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -
For those who don't know what we're talking about check this out!
http://www.jamesmartinchef.co.uk/pcc.asp?xpath=&xpathid=&lang=eng Yummy!
Flourgirl & The Wife - wonder if it's an age thing? No! it can't be I have a friend in her 30's who raves about him too......Sadly, I've never met him or seen him in the flesh.
Welcome back Saveapenny we've missed you.
Dawnteabag - Love your album - I'm sure your gran will too.
Mumhug - sorry to hear of FIL's deterioration don't forget to take care of yourself as well as him.
Choccy - What an utterly frustrating experience don't think I'd be able to eat anything I'd be so angry - would it be worth an appeal letter?
Think I've missed commenting on too many cards to go back & look again tonight I wish I could - they are all inspirational.0
