The_wife - hope you have a fab day in Kent. Your collection of cards look lovely!
Flourgirl/craftygranny - I ordered some square card bags from craft superstore - my Mum's bringing them up later but I'm not sure they'll fit in there. If not I'll order some from craftwork when I order the blanks (thanks for the link craftgranny).
Lei-armstrong - if you want the chipboard pieces you can have them - they'll hardly cost anything to post so I don't want any money, I'll just be glad to clear a bit more space!
Louby lou-lou - hope you manage to get everything done - sounds like you've got a busy day ahead of you!!
Rusty - I hate it when I run out of DST, can you colour some images instead and put your feet up? What sort of paper lace did you mean (sorry if I'm being thick)?
Chocolate.orange - did you find the link?

Sorry to go OT, but I've just managed to get free cinema tickets for next week and I'm so excited! They seem to have been very thin on the ground in Coventry this year (not so many offers for Odeon and Showcase which is all we have), but I got to see The Hangover last week and will see The Proposal next week. I do enjoy a free night out! :D

OOOhhh - I am a happy bunny!!! My flowers from poppicrafts are lovely - I bought a few packs of the smaller ones and a box of large Lauren blooms. They're all fab colours and I got a lot of white ones that I tend to use a lot. I bought a few packs of the 8mm brads and I'm chuffed as there's a couple of white ones in there that I have been trying to find. I also got loads of grosgrain ribbon and some of the spacers to use in the middle of my flowers.
I also got my lovely ATC from dragonflew - its so pretty - thanks so much - I love how you've put gems on the girls necklace and the flower on her hat looks fab!! I'll post a pic on my blog so that everyone can see how nice it is!
I also got a set of clear stamps that I'd ordered from ebay - they're pirate themed (chocolate.orange - I can stamp you some if you want. Here's a pic of them:

and then there's all the stuff my Mum's bringing up later!!!!!!

:eek:I'm absolutely gutted - I've just spent the last 2 hours making my ATC - all done on the computer. I was reasonably happy with it - got it to the point of printing and I've just lost the whole b****y lot! I know there are more important things in the world to get upset about but I'm sooo mad :eek: about the time I've wasted. I think it was in saving it that it went wrong which makes it even worse......

Sorry flourgirl there'll be a bit of a delay whilst I try to recreate it........

The-wife - gorgeous cards; I'm not able to post a comment on your blog right now but wll try to remember to do so later. (What is it about blogs that makes them so temperamental?)

Melissa - I don't know what you've been using previously, but the x-cut guillotine is fantastic! It's definitely made cardmaking easier for me - the only thing is, I can now cut straight but I still can't stick things down straight!

Rusty - are you still in that much pain? Poor thing! I hope you can get something sorted out soon.

Louby-lou-lou - shouldn't you be taking things easy? I'm exhausted just reading about everything you have going on!

EmmaOC - aren't you bored with OH yet? ;) I thought you'd have been back on here by now! :p

Yup still in hideous amounts of pain, I try to leave the painkillers if I know I have to go somewhere i.e work etc as they I can take some just before I go and some whilst there and some when I get back (I am sure I must be taking them too often but it is the only way at the minute.

I have just been and picked up some DST and managed to get a swiss dots folfer whilst I was out ;)

Melissa I was going to colour some images, but then decided to sit and watch TV with OH instead (this was last night) but I now have a replenished stock ;)
someone does a paper that is adhesive and looks almost like lace it comes on a roll, whilst I was out I found some, but they only had rolls of black or pink and I want white! lol

I have found some in the states ... HERE
Can't find any in the UK :( the search continues!
