Paddington I don't even have to go to the bottom of the garden, I just have to take 2 co-codamol and I'm away with the fairies:rotfl:

    Congratulations Emma!
Not sure about fantasy theme - will have a think - will have to go to the bottom of my garden and see if I can catch anything and squash it onto a card :rotfl:

    lol :rotfl:
Reminds me of a book I saw last year with squashed fairies inside it :D

You're very welcome - it's a long walk and you'll need a machete to get past the shed :D

Rusty, yes they are really easy to make. You need

2 square cards 1 whole and one with just the front and about 1inch of the back just to attatch to the whole one to make a 3 fold card, so you basically have a back and 2 fronts.Don't throw away the bit you cut off as this will make your notelet.
Cut your fronts diagonal so that when they overlap they create a pocket. You can use the triangle bits as templates for cutting your patterned papers you can cut it smaller if you want a border like I have done.
To join it all up just use DST all the way along the bottom edge and fold up, right now you have a beautiful pocket.
For the notelet use the bit you cut off the back of 1 of the cards cut a bit off the top to fit it inside the pocket, decorate and add a bit of ribbon. Ok, so now you have your pocket card and notelet to put inside.

    Does that make sense

Thanks Flourgirl, so if I already happened to have some tri fold cards (stuck in stash box, 69p for 10 from home bargains a couple of months ago!) then it would be even easier! I might give one a go as I have a card to make for a friend of mine :) Thanks again xx

Yes that will be easier you will just have to find a bit of matching card for your notelet.

I'm going to try a mans one using the masculine papers, then it can be used to contain a gift voucher too, what do you think.

Oooh thats a fab idea and one for me nearer christmas I think ... BIL is a pain in the bum so could be easier to do that with a voucher for him or even some cash or something!

Can't wait to see yours when it is done :D

Was somebody asking for Hangler and Stangler stamped images? I think it was saveapenny who originally posted this link. Some of the images are a bit dark, but others are okay.
