    Good deal on flowers

    Sorry about tempting you!

That is a good deal - shame about the £3.95 p&p  Was still tempted though to buy the circle cutter/punch on there specials page too. I don't understand it though does it cut out circles and then edge them. I need a circle cutter. Has anyone had any experience of this one?

They are more expensive but I can highly recommend these http://www.readicut.co.uk/recno/17/Daisy-and-Cosmos-Geo-Punch-Offer-PRC8841/ and I paid £12 for 1 of these. I have the Fiskars circle cutter and I love it, It goes right down to 1inch

I popped next door into Hobbycraft after work today and they were reducing all the little wooden toppers to 69p so I bought some and also the spotty paper I used. The ribbon has blue circles on it so I used the reverse side and I also would like to mention that the ORANGE dots are actually purplish like the punched flowers on the bottom! As for the handwriting I couldn't find any green or purple stickers so I just went for it with my fingers crossed!
I also bought a really useful folder for my stickers and then reminded myself why I don't go in there!!!!!

Melissa - Thanks for the images they are great.
Rusty - Could you pm me details of your site.
Will get images that I have agreed t send out in the morning.

Also came across a new blog challenge.
    http://incywincydesigns.blogspot.com/2009/05/challenge-1-welcome.html

Idea being that designed for everyone. There design team are friends who are new to crafting and dont have loads of supplies. And idea that you dont need loads of stuff to participate and all skills welcolme. Thought I would post about it as seems a nice idea and I know a lot of people are a bit wary of posting on blog challanges so thought if that is the case that this would be a good blog to start on.

Gosh - It's taken me so long to read today's posts I've forgotten what I read at the beginning so please forgive if I don't mention you.

Jailhouse - sorry you are poorly & hope it doesn't spoil your graduation date - could they not give you an estimated mark rather than make you resit?

    Welcome Lucy, salesadmin & debsy

Bunbun & Saveapenny - rather you than me! Go for the max sedative they can give you & insist - I had a heart endoscopy a couple of years ago & they wanted to do it without sedative but I made a fuss 'cos I was so scared - don't remember anything. Bunbun could you change the appt to half term week?

Flourgirl - Sorry to hear you're having problems and fingers crossed it turns out to be nothing to worry about. You'd think they'd get back to you straight away wouldn't you?

1982girl - UTI is not nice! Drink plenty of water, as much as you can manage & keep it up even when you feel better.

Rainmac - thanks for the headsup about Hobbycraft at NEC & Tesco offer I'd like to go. Just spent my tesco vouchers but hopefully will have enough to use before Nov. Hope btm is feeling better!

Rusty - Thank YOU & OH for hard work on images - good luck with his interview - will this be a more local job or is it the away one?

Lovely cards, they are all so inspirational

Lucy Lu so many! Choccy one my fave.
Saveapenny - So different for you! & so well done. How do you do your big flowers please?
Sally Great patchwork cards. Do you colour your scalloped cards or buy them like that? Mine are all white and I fancy colouring some but not sure printer is up to it - tried once & failed need to think it through.
She grinch - very pretty card

I've looked at all the cards on the blogs too but sadly haven't mastered commenting on them yet so until I do I'll say here. They are great.:T

Work seems to be getting in the way of card making at the moment so frustrating

Thanks Marg...I thought I woudl try something differnt and colours way out of my comfort zone.
The flowers are Pink Petticoat they print directly onto coloured card or you can colour them in either by hnd or with Paint

    Hi Marg,

The job in Russia got closed. They never told the agent until it was too late, but apparently there is always openings there so who knows. This one in in Glasgow  so he will be away all week still :( but its a job at the end of the day.

I am going to make some cards today, or do some more on my scrapbook, haven't decided which as yet lol.

P.S about to send details to those who asked for it ;)

Rusty if you didn't mind - could I have the details to your site? Only if you don't mind of course hon!

hope you are all enjoying the sunshine :)
