I have done my card for the green challenge and you can see it on my blog, for some reason the camera has bleached the background a bit, because the paper is as green as the flower
Better catch up on the posts and blogs, looks like you have been busy:D0 -
minimacka - I do love the name, I'm just not sure how I'm going to spell it yet - one or two ts??? Apparently it means god!
Rusty - I know a lot of people love the whispers pens. Pinkladymel always uses them and gets some amazing results from them, I just couldn't get on with them. I love your american football guy - the picture looks great! I hope your leg feels better soon!
Rainmac - believe it or not I have hardly any stamps. I've got 3 of the greetings farm ones that got delivered yesterday, and then I've got about five of the cheap imaginese ones (mainly baby ones). I have now got 35 promarkers - my collection is growing!!
Mookybargirl - the promarkers are really expensive - the OH would not be amused if he knew how much!! I think there's a couple of us on here that use them. You can get special pens for peel offs - I think they are quite cheap.0 -
another great card Rusty
Could someone please tell me (in laymans terms) how to post a card picture on here I have managed to upload it to my photobucket album but now I am stuck
Thanks in advance
When you go in to the photobucket, hover over the picture and a few boxes will appear, click the one with IMG and copy this into your message. Job done.Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
Rusty Gorgeous cards:T have left comments on your blog. It was me who posted the link for the mens papers, so you can blame me again for spending money:)
Jailhouse Love your pretty cards great embossing:T
Mumhug Fab green challenge card:T
Think I'm going to have to splash out and buy some of these pro markers
I keep getting grumbled at by my granddaughter for using her crayons:rotfl:
I love those stamped images Rusty, I will send you a PM.:D
Saveapenny will PM you too:D0 -
Beautiful card Flourgirl, I think you should have entered the green one you sent up to me
really pretty. I emailed you earlier on, not sure if you got it or not?
Padingtondoo, I have paintbrushes .... no pens/crayons though.
Stupid question time ... whisper pens? and also pro markers whats the idea? presumably they are expensive felt tips and you then brush over with water or something or am I being completely thick??
Rainmac I will have a look on ebay but not sure I can really afford to pay out for them at the min as they are not a necessity?
Thankyou for all the kind commentsxx

Thanks trying it now, ah I am too new here to post links .I will join in once I am a bit more mature:rotfl:0 -
Rusty - the whispers pens are quite watery and can be used with a water brush pen to make it look like you've used watercolours. I found you could see the brush marks of my pen when I used them, but I think that's just me. The promarkers are a lot more expensive and produce a bolder colour. The ink is sort of absorbed into the paper so you can't see the strokes.0

Thank-you Rusty (got both emails) glad you got the bits & bobs, the stitched bits are for you to copy. If you are like me you don't need any help or encouragement spending money on craft stuff:rolleyes:. Trouble is now DH has retired he knows just how much stuff I buy, yesterday morning after the postie had been with my Glitter Pot Stuff he came into the bedroom and said
"There's ANOTHER parcel on the table for you!! What this time?" Oh just some bits of paper from a sale nothing much:rotfl: I will take great delight in telling him I have just got some freebies:A0 -
I've put a comparison on my blog of stamped images coloured in with whispers pens and promarkers. Sorry the picture quality isn't the greatest!
