Wow furry, fantastic stuff, thanks loads!!! Big thanks also to dragonllew and flourgirl for saveapenny's bookatrix post, I knew I'd read something about making one without using a board but I spent over an hour looking for the posts last night and couldn't find them ;)

Saveapenny, glad you are feeling a bit better, off to look at the craft site now...

I think it was called PDA crafts or something like that. But to be honest, they send for instance 50 deckle edged C5 cards flat packed and they don't take up much room. I suppose 100 would be like keeping a ream of photocopying paper. The envelopes come neatly packaged as well. I kept it in a plastic box about 18 x 18 inches but quite deep. It really has saved me fortunes. I like their textured card as well because it takes chalks really well. Just googled and it's this company

The way I look at it if you buy 100 you are paying something like 12p for the card 6 p for the envelope. If you are selling them and you use chalks to make different colours or just add toppers etc, your card ends up costing for instance 50p, looks professional and if you sell it for £2.00 you are quids in. I don't really sell cards anymore, but it was worth buying in bulk when I did as I at least made profit.
