Jailhouse - your card is fab, love the papers :D

Such fab cards on all your blogs, hope I've left comments on everyone's.

I've added a card to my blog for the Creative Card Crew texture challenge - here. I used a set of ultra cheapie die-cut shapes from Craftwork Cards, may try another card with them for our challenge...? Have received my Creative Craft World order today, so beutifully wrapped in tissue paper, so lovely! So am in receipt of Laura Ashley Wild Blossom bits - completely gorgeous papers, going to have to make something with them this week. As I got 30% off and free p&p could I include a card using this for our challenge? Or am I missing the point of the challenge

I'm such a wally, the papers are Dovecraft not Laura Ashey  Still blooming gorgeous though ;)

Love your Christening card Gangstabird, just off to look on the blogs mentioned...

Everyone's been busy - have commented on blogs :)

I've just had to email a company about an order gone astray. I placed the order on February 16th, they posted it on March 11th (even though everything was in stock when I ordered ), and it still hasn't arrived :(
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

Rainmac - yep, I think everyone will be getting a little notebook now!! If I get the chance I might make one to give away with this fortnight's challenge prize!
Bunbun - i used some index cards for the pages, I had to cut them down though as they had holes in them. I might give it to my Mum. I hope my stuff comes tomorrow.

Ok here's my card for this week's thrifty challenge... http://rainmacsplace.blogspot.com/2009/04/mse-thrifty-challenge-card.html. My card comes in at 34p which I don't think is too bad as the card is a fair size but no where near as MSE as Jailhouse's fab 6p card :o

I really like it and have kept it quite minimal which has kept the cost down. I used stuff that I'd bought in the Creative Craft World 30% off offer and free p&p and the Craftwork Cards bits came with cheap p&p.

Mel - the blue stuff on my Creative Card Crew challenge was from a sale pack from Craftwork Cards, also came in a peach/mango colour and lilac I think? Well, well, well worth 50p!
