:mad: :mad: DD ordered 3 prs of shoes from them 1 pr arrived but the invoice says there should be 2 pairs with the 3rd to follow ,trying to get through to their non existant customer service dept is a joke , numerous calls and emails unanswered, going to special delivery a letter tomorrow but would never buy from them again.!:mad: :mad:

paid by credit card . they have 2 customer service numbers buth they both say " due to the high volume of call etc etc "

Get your dd to contact her CC company to do a charge back for the shoes she did not recieve.

y are u so angry?? tell them u only received one and wait for the credit back (whilst they investigate).

Because they sent one pair of shoes and charged her for two. Also, it seems they are impossible to contact with the query. :rolleyes:
