    I signed up to Relakks https://www.relakks.com
    it did connect for a number of days now its on and off intermitment
    I emailed them they never replied what a company :)

    I notice that to start with the connection is good after a number of hours they throlle the connection.

    Are there any better alternatives?

    I don't use a service like that, the only reason I can think of to use one is to hide distasteful or illegal activity, though I may be wrong, perhaps anonymous ebay shopping?!
