Trying to find download to transfer from video camera on to computer. Cant find model number on sony site! can i use nearest model number (TRV16)? Thanks.

    Have you seen this page I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but
    the TRV16 is the TRV14 with some extra features, it is unusual for the model not to be there, if you can't get what you need call Sony Customer Info centre on 08705 111999...sorry it's not geographic but they should be able to help.:xmassmile

    Windows XP tried to transfer says i need usb driver there is one on the sony site for TRV16 can i use that?

    I suppose it's the same but the TRV 14 one is on look here
