    It might need renaming. At the moment it is called:-

    House Prices
    If you're keen to chat about the ups and downs of house prices then this is the place to do it

    I think they may need to take the words "ups and" out of the title.

    It should probably read -

    House Prices
    If you're keen to chat about anything other than house prices then this is the place to do it

    I think they may need to take the words "ups and" out of the title.

    Why? They do go up as well.

    I suppose we will now have to put up with a "Prices only ever go down" phrase?

    It has rather become a ghetto for rumination upon the general prevailing gloom... somewhat more interesting than thread after thread of links to Daily Mail house price articles though...
