What about a 'crap prediction club'?
The first rule of 'crap prediction club' is you do not talk about 'crap prediction club'. etc...0 -
What about the 200% club, at some point in the future prices will be double what they are now?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Never double what we have now? Really? Lol!
Maybe not the affordability disparity, but nominal value without accounting for inflation? :rotfl:0 -

I think there's a case for renaming this forum 'The Crap Prediction Club', probably more accurate than 'House Prices' :rolleyes:0 -

It might need renaming. At the moment it is called:-
House Prices
If you're keen to chat about the ups and downs of house prices then this is the place to do it
I think they may need to take the words "ups and" out of the title.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
