Just ran everything again and in superantispyware, there were 16 tracking cookies, am I always going to get them showing up or are they something to worry about aswell ?

Yes, you will always get tracking cookies showing up if you use "shopping basket" checkout systems on websites, among other things.
No, you don't need to worry about them. They take up little space and cause no harm.0
