N Power A message to anyone switching

I recently switched online from Scottish Power to NPower and am waitng for it go through.
I received a letter from Npower saying they will deal with the switch and theres nothing for me to do, fair enough.
Attached to the letter was a summary of the tariff i was switching to and it isn't the one i selected online. I'd selected web14 tariff and the paperwork said Sign Online Tariff which is more expensive.
I called Npower and i was told they had had loads of people complaining and she would make a note on my file that the tariff was wrong, she blamed an IT problem. Not a very good start.
I am now waiting to see if they sort it out....
CHECK YOUR TARIFF IF YOUR SWITCHING!

They still owe me money from when they swindled me by illegally charging me a higher rate than was in my contract.
They know his will not stand up in court yet they still will not refund me.
The local smack and heroin dealers are more honest than Npower so beware, they will try every dirty trick in the book.
Funny how none of their IT problems result in people paying less all the problems mean ou pay more.
