my anti virus mcafee keeps detecting this i say to remove but its come back up again, anyone know if its harmful?

If youve HAD nasties on recently
I recommend downloading MALWAREBYTES

yes ive got this on pc now as when i had the nastys i had help on here from a great guy (reluctent spender) and we did loads of things.
