which to do first...laminated floor or wallpaper

I've done the ceiling/coving work.
Next to do is hang wallpaper, new laminated floor and skirtboards...
I am not too sure which is best to start - can I just put up the wallpaper and let it overlap where the skirtboard would be then laminate floor and put in the skirtboard last?
Or laminate floor first then skirtboard (how much gap above the laminated?) and paint it gloss then hang wallpaper?
Any advice would be appreicated :j
Thanks

When fitting new skirting I found it useful to use the skirting board to cover the gap between laminate and wall as it saves having to fix a cover strip. Let the skirting rest on the laminate. The only downside is if you want to get the floor up you'll have to remove a piece of skirting.
I prefererred fixing and painting the skirting before 'papering to give a much neater finish.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0
